Apply 1-2 patches daily onto skin where there is little to no hair (shoulder, behind the ear, back of the neck) and let the patch do the rest! Avoid using creams or lotion on the application area as it will inhibit absorption. Each patch is for a single day use only. Up to 2 patches can be used per day.
